    Why is it that every single Staples order that I know for a fact has been placed from my site never shows up in my reports?

    The clicks show and the sales don't.

    I have always had to contact Staples to have the sale researched and credited.

    Since I have had people tell me that they have ordered through my link, but I never see the sales, I placed an order myself this weekend (after verifying my links were properly coded, etc.).

    The order has been shipped & received and I have not received any credit for it.

    Guess I am back to firing off an email... AGAIN to get the commission credited.

    Does anyone else have this problem with them?

    There customer service sucks so do not expect good results!

    omg this scares me. I have 3,053 clicks sent to staples but no sales recorded. But I am not sure weather or not I should contact staples or befree to check since I do not know if anyone has purchased via my links or not

    Scott dodged this Staples poison bullet years ago with some spin deflection. Basically the only value in trying to uncover who actually runs the Staples program into the ground is to find out what other programs they run.... Then drop everyone of them from your promotion list. It's impossible without the deceptive tricks used by fellow ABWers to overcome a bad AM at the helm.

    That stinks. I have had great results ordering from them, and always order through my links. They ship it right away, and it appears on my side porch a couple of days later. I do okay with them.

    Having said all that, if I had any proof of repeated missing orders, I would be on the phone the next business day. If you have missing orders that you know shipped and billed then something is really fishy - imagine how many orders have been missed overall?

    As sad as it is, at least I appear to not be alone.

    I have fired off an email to them, we will see what they say when they answer.

    I do have to wonder how many sales are not being credited to me that should be. It is frustrating to say the least.

    Just wanted to update.

    Their affiliate manager must really stink!

    I have emailed them no less than 4 times and have not received a reply of any sort from them, and still no commission.

    I think it is time to say bye bye to Staples.

    I find it really sad that the mom and pop places can pay a higher commission, honestly track a sale, and cut a check on time, but these big buck corportations can't even track a freaking sale and you have to fight them tooth and nail to get the credit you have earned!
