    I am not seeing any ShoeBuy sale for 22 & 23 reporting date. More than average traffic! Is this only happening to me? Are guys seeing any transaction for last 2 days?

    Same thing here; no sales on healthy traffic.

    I'd buy one "freak day" of no sales, but 2 consecutive days? The odds against this on the traffic that I send them would be astronomical.

    On a side note: Reporting has been freaky for quite some time. Looks at your sales activity reports for days when you do have sales, and see if any are attributed to individual product links. Nope. All sales that do get credited are of the "unattributed" variety. I showed this to Shoebuy and they played dumb about it.

    Apparently the trouble is on the BeFree end.

    Yes, I am seeing 23rd sales, but 21 & 22 are still missing.

    21 and 22 are there now.

    But here we go again. Maybe they forgot to leave the BF pixel there when they added the CJ pixel?

    I have been having problems running reports for two days now. Every time a try to run a traffic report I get an error "The page cannot be displayed". Is anyone else seeing this problem?

    Nothing from 9th either.

    I switched links in one of my sites to CJ. Until afternoon, there were a lot of clicks and no sales. I placed a test order around 4PM EST. It did not post yet and never going to be posted because I found no CJ tracking code in the confirmation page. I switched all links back to BFAST. I'll contact their new AM and CJ about it.

    Are they actually shipping orders?

    I have a customer who ordered and did not receive the shoes. Shoebuy says they shipped weeks ago.

    Pixel-on-confirmation-page issues are in the merchant's hand, not BeFree's.

    Regarding Befree he said that the problem was with the files sent to Befree. Files will be resent today. I saw some transactions showed up around 11AM EST.

    Regarding CJ, he said the problem was with the links 9at Shoebuy side) and it was fixed today. I'll either place another order or wait until EPC figures show up in CJ before I switch links.

    Hi everyone

    My name is Mike Ouellette and I am responsible for the Shoebuy program. I just started a week ago and look forward to working with everyone.

    As far as the reporting goes there was indeed a problem with getting our reporting over to BeFree/CJ late last week and over the weekend. This was an issue on our end and I want to assure everyone that all sales were indeed captured for these days. We are currently still batching these sales and sending them over to BeFree/CJ for loading. I was hoping to have this issue resolved by this morning however it looks like it will be another day or so. Thanks for your patience and I sincerely apologize for the delay.

    Also, just to let you know I am working on opening a Shoebuy specific forum that should be available in the next week or so.

    Looking at my reports, the sales for 12/7 (reported on 12/8) are extremely low (about 10% of the normal). This morning's report is okay. I am suspecting a partial reporr for 12/7 sales. Anyone else seeing this?

    Hi KC - We did capture all orders from 12/7, however only a few of them made it into the batch for reporting. I'm having the orders pulled now and resent to CJ to be loaded into the system. Hopefully all this can happen today and reports will be completely updated this weekend.
