    Anyone ever try this?

    Email-Cloak

I saw it recommended in a newsletter that I actually read from time to time.

The Wolf Credo: Respect the elders. Teach the young. Cooperate with the pack. Play when you can. Hunt when you must. Rest in between. Share your affections. Voice your feelings. Leave your mark.

I haven't tried it, but I use some Javascript that will do the same thing (effectively). E-mail cloak looks interesting though, but for $8.95 I wonder what you get?

If anyone want the javascript, PM me, and I'll send it to you for free.

The one at siteup (dot com) recommended in another thread here somewhere works great. It's in the "Freebies" section there.

Not a bad idea (you could do it yourself though). Rather relies on JS support and it's always possible the email scrapers can be adapted to get round it. Inexpensive though - that's always a good thing.

dynamoo.com - geeky stuff for umm geeks.

I have several web site clients who have a fee paid POP3 e-mail account at www.spamcop.net. They filter all their e-mails and not only clean them..they add the new spams to their ISP spam reports and log the server into a blocked list. I think the scrapers are set to bipass anything ****@spamcop.net
