The Yoptin affiliate program looks potentially lucrative. For every person who signs up to their mailing list, you receive 50% of their profits - for life. There's detailed info. on their site.
Anybody tried their indy affiliate program? What has been your opinion of it?
I'm personally hesitant about the long-term profitability of email marketing. It might be difficult for emails sent by companies people have opted-into to be picked up by customers when there are countless spam messages in their inbox. Will people notice Yoptin's marketing emails, even though they have signed-up for them?
Thanks in advance for any feedback about Yoptin

Never heard or used of Yoptin, infact I would not promote any email marketing company or service on any of my websites.
On the negative side you could be seen as promoting 'mass emailing' by having their logo on your website which could put visitors to your website off. Or on the positive side, you could earn some decent commission from them.
Your choice but not for me ... I dont work for or associate with any companies that use email for marketing purposes, but then I am known to be fussy!

They are a really good company to deal with. You can fully integrate the registrations into your site without too many problems.
Converstions are good on the co-brand and the results are good, they have had some really big ad campaigns recently so the lifetime of the sign-up is good.
