    Hello everyone,

I'm up and running with my new Kitchen Gadgets site, Gadgets4Kitchens and I am looking for some like minded link exchanging.

For those that don't know me, I also run a directory / shopping site called Easyadverts which gets about 750-900 genuine visits a day.

The new Kitchen Gadgets site has an affiliate area but it's main income is selling 'real' products. So if you run a web site that you feel would appeal please PM me, obviously I don't want 100's of links and direct competition but if you run a site selling cook books for example, I'd have a link that's relevant but not in direct competition.

    Thanks,

I would have been interested, but you said:

"So if you run a UK based/targeted web site that you feel would appeal please PM me," and also posted it here in the UK forum (which sends the message that you were quite serious about that requirement).

Otherwise it'd be a fine fit for a couple of my sites.

Actually I think the location difference would be good. Unless you/your merchants could ship to the US for cheap, it wouldn't be directly competing with you to have links to US sites even if they're selling the same things. Vice-versa for me--I get some UK traffic to the site I'm thinking of, but that traffic is unlikely to buy through my sites even if my merchants are willing to ship, due to the extra fees that would be involved.

    Hi leader,

I never thought of it that way...the way the site runs is like this:

I physically purchase and ship cooking utensils (can openers, pepper mills etc) but only to the UK...and only ever likely to the UK and maybe Europe later.

I also have a section on my site that links in with Amazon.co.uk (affiliate links) and their kitchen products..again...I doubt if anyone from the US would order an egg whisk from the UK !!

So....shall we talk business ? Trade a few ideas on link layouts....anchor text etc etc.

    Hi Malc,

We've got 100's things for the kitchen at www.wheesh.com. We're working on a new affiliate scheme to be launched next month. Currently debating which network(s) to set up with

    Hi Mike,

Certainly think we could do good business together, not too many of our products cross.

I'm interested in links, rather then more affiliate schemes at the moment but you have a very good product and I think it should work out.

    Best wishes,
