Had by error clicked to close a window, ended up going to Bonzai buddy page. In a split second I was there they changed my home page to theirs. I have now prompted my computer to prompt on all active x scripts, I am getting so pissed off with the scum that do these things runnin scripts to change my settings. When does it end.
My question though is I thought somewhere on the net I had seen they get their claws into your system, difficult to remove, and/or may be a scumware type of place. Can anyone elaborate and fill me in on what they are about. I think I removed all remnants of the vist but......
    Thanks
    WW

I you mean Bonzi Buddy, the little purple gorilla thing, I had him on my computer about 12 months ago.. I think microsoft owns him.
At first it was all jokes & stuff, but I think the current version is a "personal shopper" (or scum-crap... whatever you call it)
I had no problems uninstalling it after it kept chewing my 'puter memory (the old version that is)

WW you can download this program to check your sys (and also to clean it).

That page is in German, but the prog is in English. Just click on "Downloadserver 1 (2 or3)".
