Our traffic exchange has a new system in place! We are offering 1000 free unique visitor popups to everyone who can send 50+ hits a day, for 7 days straight. So all you need to do, is signup for a new account, get the code up, grow your traffic for 7 days, and get an additional whopping 1000 visitors forced to your site on behalf of Jokaroo.com!

We have a universal detection system where our script will detect which site is sending the traffic to us. This enables a universal popup code, where no affiliate links or tracking is needed. Once you signup for an account, you can send the traffic directly to " http://www.jokaroo.com/pop.shtml " and you will be credited! You'll find the universal popup code below, or if you would like to use us as a Fastclick default or any other means of a popup script, that's fine too.

Note: Once logged in, it says to send traffic to http://www.jokaroo.com. Please send traffic to " http://www.jokaroo.com/pop.shtml " instead. If you send to our base url, you'll still be credited, but we rather have the traffic sent to pop.shtml for various tracking reasons.

Go to for more information: http://www.jokaroo.com/traffic.htm

Universal Popup Code:

<script language=javascript>
<!--
function popUnder() {
var w = 720;
var h = 300;
props = "width=" + w + ",";
props += "height=" + h + ",";
props += "titlebar=1,";
props += "toolbar=1,";
props += "location=1,";
props += "menubar=1,"
props += "scrollbars=1,"
props += "resizable=1,"
props += "channelmode=0,"
props += "directories=0,"
props += "status=1";
var poproo = window.open("","poproo",props,true);
popwin.location = 'http://www.jokaroo.com/pop.shtml';
self.focus();
}
popUnder();
-->
</script>

FEATURES:
75% Minimum - Jokaroo.com will send a minimum of 75% traffic in return to what you send us. The more you send, the higher your percentage of return.

Drives Targeted Traffic - You will get only unique visitors, only from web sites that are relevant to your web site.

Does Not Annoy Visitors - Unlike other exit exchanges, we open only one pop under window to one visitor within a 12 hour period of time.

Multiple Site Addon - You can now add more then 1 site to one account. Instead of making 10 different accounts for 1 site, you now can add more then 1 site in 1 account.

Universal Link Code - Everyone sends traffic to the same URL! No special user id's or tracking needed to detect the location of hit!

and soooooo much more!

POP UPS ARE A REALLY, REALLY BAD IDEA...

Haven't you heard that people don't like them?

I have a no pop up policy on my site, and my visitors really appreciate that. How targeted can these return visitors be anyway? Sounds like a good way to run up bandwidth costs for little or no return, sorry this doesn't sound so hot to me...

Once I had 5,000 visitors forced to my site from a contest place.

The result (I used different links than usual so I could track it)? 4 CLICKS to my merchants! Clicks! No sales from that page at all.

It's only an exit exchange program. It's more targeted for humor websites, and they actually do very well for these types of sites. As for selling products, I'm really not sure how well they do. They must be somewhat productive if people are paying $5.00 cpm for them on networks like Fastclick and Tribalfusion.

You placed this in the effective advertising section of ABW. However, I do not consider it to be effective advertising.

I do not like the wording of this:

get an additional whopping 1000 visitors forced to your site on behalf of Jokaroo.com

FORCED??

I hope that is just a grammatical error. If it is, then it is a very bad one!

We force it instead of displaying our own advertisement, we will force it to your site instead.

Usually it will be popunder for one of Fastclicks campaigns, instead, we will change it to your popup. Make any sense?

Although you've taken a fair amount of grief for your offer, and I'll probably take some flames for posting this - ( pauses and puts flame proof clothing on ) - I think there is a place for popups/exit exchanges in affiliate marketing.

I use popunders or exit exchanges on a couple of sites where I just can't figure out the market and what they want to buy, or are not buying for some reason, as a way to either generate more traffic or pay for the hosting fees.

And yeah, I don't want popunders every time I go to a new site, and they are only on a couple of mine. But sometimes, it works for me, if the popunders/urls are tastefully done.

Exactly. Our site only has popups on a 24-hour basis. So you only get 1 pop in a 24 hour slot.

If people can sell popunder space, they must be somewhat useful. Right?

I personally think that your use of the work 'forced' is the wrong word. It
I am not saying that there is anything wrong with what you are offering. I just don't like the way you phrased it.
