A customer has asked for help in purchasing a product on one of my sites but she can't get through to the merchant's site...waiting to here what she is running.
Should be interesting and I wonder how times a day this happens to all of us without the customer contacting and asking for help rather just giving up!
Oh, and it's a Performics link too...
