    Hi everyone

So how do you know that when you are being ripped off?

I am wondering because in mid winter I was doing quite well with my new site and then my google listings tanked and of course sales dropped with it.

Now my listings are starting to pick up and my traffic is nearly back to where it was but the sales have remained almost non existant.

So far this month I have had 1650 click throughs to merchants with 3 sales.

I guess I want to know when do I stop thinking my preselling sucks and start worrying about being ripped off?

This is all taking place on my wood working site so it isn't like the products are super expensive and require loads of research before buying.

My belief is that since my traffic is returning so should my sales. Especially since most of my traffic is from SE's so they should be well targetted.

    How do you know?

    Who are you promoting?

For just 1 network, I have had 2,868 clicks, with 29 sales.

That is not my best network either.

So with just over half the clicks (57%), you have had only 3 sales? Not good at all

I don't want to name merchants but the total click throughs mentioned was to 5 merchants all from the same site.

    my site xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I use AdAware once a week and have a very good security system set up on my home network, so I am sure that everything is "tight" on my end.

    Addition:
In jan I had 393 click throughs to a particular merchant and 8 sales approx. 2%

So far in may 448 click to the same merchant with 3 sales approx. 0.7%

I do not promote any wood type programs so I have no idea about conversion rates.

Your sales do seem low for the number of clicks though
