Just found this site, maybe you guys all ready know about it, but if not , you will be impressed !
You can go back in time (much further back than even Google's cache can ever bring you), and see what your websites looked like waaaay back when !

Check it out : http://www.archive.org/

Commission Junction when they had a whopping 235 advertisers to choose from ! http://web.archive.org/web/199911131...//www2.cj.com/

Very cool

I've never heard of the site ... But it's a blast from the past. Checking the progression of sites ... I'll be here awhile.

Thanks Lisa

Yup.. I use archive.org a *lot* when editing ODP and Zeal. It's great for bringing sites back from the dead.

Useful too if you're buying expired domains as it gives you a feeling of what the old site actually *did*.

that's fun!

I went to my old Geocities site, my ISP hosted one, and my present domain (I bounced around a bit the first few years!) and man, some of the designs...what WAS I thinking?!

Going through my files when I moved last year I found the print of of my very first attempt at the site in 94. It was one page and horrid. Mind you, you couldn't do a lot with a page back then.... (yeah, that's my excuse)

Earliest stuff of mine I can find is Dec '98 - here - some of the content I still have is from here unchanged

Have a look at the really old Yahoos or Googles though. It doesn't work with Amazon, alas.
