There isn't much like a good snowball fight and helping to make a snowman to relieve some stress

My fiancée made her first snowman (she's from GA) and while she was doing that her daughter and I had a vicious snowball fight in the yard

Snow really helps to unwind a bit ... shoveling it ... that is another story!

Haiko....sounds like you had the 'same kind' of snow up there as we did down here...That perfect packing snow for the best of snowballs and snow men...and to top it off, the storm wasn't as bad as they predicted, so we had a good snowfall without messing up the roads, etc...Perfect Saturday!!!!

Pointing finger at all of ya's and lol. We are known to be one of the snowiest major citys in the US and this year has been the strangest winter I have ever seen. Last year we had something like 192 inches. Had to shovel almost every day. This year I think we have had about 8 inches and the temps have been great. Mostly in the 30's. I better stop laughing at ya's, we still have a lot of time to go.

I do miss taking the kids sledding though. Haiko, NYC has to be pretty with a lot of snow I bet.

Aw I'm jealous. Here, we're going through a drought and have very little snow (yeah, in Canada, can you believe it?!)

We took the Scout Troop out camping this weekend, just got back about two hours ago. Though there was very little snow, it was almost -20C.

(edited because post with pictures has now been purged from the site)

    Cold, but fun weekend.
