As some of you know, I was over the moon at beating my goal set for Performics last month so I decided to go out to celebrate.

A nice Italian dinner, and a few drinks to celebrate ..well, the dinner was lovely, drinks were too until I started to feel
a little ill, then a lot more ill until..
I ended up in hospital with food poisoning.

So I get out of hospital the next day, with the advice to take it easy and eat only 'baby' foods for the next couple of days....sound fine, I can handle that, but by the third day the munchies hit and I'm hanging out for a solid feed.

Now this is the surreal part...suddenly I found myself in the midst of a Mexican feeding frenzy it was about the same time I started getting that dreadful feeling in my stomach...!!!

So a quick trip to my bemused Doc, a day in bed moaning, another couple feeling very sore and sorry for myself!
How dumb can one person be..I just amaze myself at times.
So I'm back...I'm never eating again..but I'm back;)

Don't think you should give up on food altogether, there, MJ. You can do the "baby food" for a few days; it's only a few days.

Congrats on the Performics goal!
