I'm going to be revamping my site so it's easier to navigate, do people suggest frames or would that mess up my rank in search engines? I'm getting great traffic at google and yahoo.

    Thanks,

Agreed. Frames are wrong for so many reasons.

You are better to look into SSI (server side includes), for similar functionality.

Once you go SSI, you never go back

    Or PHP.

It's so much easier when you let the server do all the work!

Or js. Keeps all your layout, including all TD tags, and formatting out of googles reach. Only core content left. Easy to work with offline.
