I have an idea for a b2b service, but "how much" has me baffled.

I plan on putting together the service Sunday, but not advertising it until I know what to charge. Any advice on building a business plan or structuring the financials of a business?

Well, yes, but I can't imagine explaining it all in an ABW post!

Not to oversimplify it, but it's basically costs plus overhead plus profit margin equals cost. How you figure the variables in that equation can be quite complicated, but that's it in a nuthsell.

    Good luck!

Actually, that is a big help.

I found a couple sites with explanations, too.

Building the service will be fun, running the service will be educational.

Running the service may also be an educational experience as well ... lol.

HOLY COW! I spent 15 minutes at SBA.gov and I estimate I'm gonna spend 30 hours drawing up the plan by itself.
