something is not right here on the stats, I know I'm had way more impressions, and I can't believe I havent had any click thrus. I'm that close of dropping google adsense for disgusting results? anyone else seeing bad results the last 3 days? or what do others think of google adsense? is it worth it? or not to be a member?

I think Adsense had a dowtime today. So stats might be delayed.

My stats are not what they normally are either. They are down about 2/3 today.

Yesterday mine were down by about half. This morning before the downtime I had a small amount, and that's still what I have now. About 1% of normal for this month.

I'm hoping it's a delay in the stats.

I couldn't even log into adsense today until about 30 minutes ago.
Downtime started around 9 this morning (pacific).
My stats when I was finally able to log in were identical to the stats displayed this morning.
One can only hope they will be updated sometime soon.
It appears that google has picked up on some affiliate networks approach....
The message displayed all day while the downtime was happening?
essentially it said impressions and clicks are being recorded and will not be affected.

Weekends always show a drop in impressions for me, not surprising since my sites, mostly content sites, show a reduction in traffic at the same time. Overall traffic to these sites are down somewhat as the holidays approach anyway. Not about to cut this steady performer because of a dip in clicks and a day or two of late stats.

Since my last post, I now see about 10 times the number of impressions that I had.
    Looks like they are updating.
Not seeing a difference in clicks yet though.

My clicks are up a lot, but my impressions are only up a little. But my total is about where it should be.

There is nothing wrong with Google Adsense. You just need higher traffic numbers.
How are you placing Google Adsense? I am having great results with them.

Also keep in mind that Adsense is not going to be right for every site. A shopping site may have a harder time attracting targeted ads, depending how focused the page is to an identifiable subject. That will result in fewer clicks.

Google Adsense uses contextual advertising results.

If you have lingerie on the same page as food, then you will not get the results that you would if you only had lingerie.

If your pages have several different types of product, then Google Adsense is not for you.

If your page is devoted solely to one type of product or service, then Google Adsense is for you
