If Andy would pass out promo "mouse rubbers" to the ABWers this might be prevented. Don't get Haiko mad if he catches it, since he tends to spit on the inside of your CRT.

No Flu here, but I have an ear infection (like the dang tracking!) and it's a good excuse to use for Poon that I can't hear when he ask me to do something!

I hate it when people come to work sick. How idiotic can you be to think work ethics are a replacement for common sense and to any employer that encourages or rewards employees for not missing days shame on you.

Nova put up some more suspender links they're averaging double the sales order amounts this week and batting 1/15 on conversions. Damn Freebee sites have somehow hurt that conversion ratio due to Google changes. Seems they find the free catalog and free suspender clip offer for guesbook entry or SWA egroups membership. Get Poon a new outfit after the first of the year Sloops Jeans and suspenders www.sloopsjeans.com

Patience grasshopper. The Akiva wiz bang creative tool requires the datafeed. Promised to make that as soon as I finished this site to match jeans with suspenders. Launched it yesterday and already got it high in the SE's for some choice keywords. Took 21 orders for jeans/suspender combos since yesterday. Suspenders ship FREE immediately with jeans to follow on Feb 15th. But the webmaster marketing guy can't sell heaters to eskimos.

my g/f & I passed on flu shots this year...no time & every time I get one, I get sick that year...never helps. So far, I've been in great health this year *knocks on wood* but my g/f has had a horrible chest cold this week & we're hoping it doesn't get worse
& I couldn't agree w/ Heyder more! A ton of people are coming looking like they're on their death beds, but I just stay far far away from them & so far I think I've lucked out
My theory is that w/ enough fast food & crap in my body, any virus or bacteria won't last long, or will run away scared

Yes I did Monday (thank you for asking!)after sitting and waiting for three hours the doctor finally check my ear that took two minutes and told me that it's a bad infection and just take the pills and ear drop. its a little bit better. I just hate the constant ringing in my ear.
    It making my hormones kick!

Tinnitus can be really distressing. You can get devices called 'maskers' which fit into the ear like hearing-aids and emit sounds at a similar frequency to the ringing which cancels it out - but if it's only a temporary infection it probably isn't worth the expense.

You could try gently humming (seriously!) - if you find the right freqency it could give temporary relief.

    Hope you get well soon.

FINALLY a m*nager with some sense!!! It's amazing how many encourage people to come in sick as if it's some kind of badge of honor.

Worst offender was that grocery store I w*rked in...gross! The sicker the cashier was, the more impressed the managers were. What the heck they were thinking, I don't know.

I think you might be on to something, i think Wendy's and Pizza has kept me healthy last couple of years, not so much as a sniffle. But my New Year's resolution is to eat better and start working out again so i'll probably get sick.

I have had it since Tuesday. Today is the first day that I have felt half way alive.

Let me tell you it has SUCKED!

I hurt big time, my muscles ached so bad, sore throat, dry raspy cough, stuffy nose, headache, chills, sweats, and fever of about 103.8.

Night before last I thought I was done for. Fever was peaked and I just wanted to die.

Hubby was wonderful! Bringing me hot tea and anything he thought would perk me up and keeping the kids out of my hair.

He mixed me up a brew of hot tea, spiced run, lemon and honey. That worked wonders! Started breaking the junk in my chest right up and made me just buzzed enough to not care how bad I felt!

As of today I am still coughing and a bit stuffy, but other than that feel pretty good.

I hope those of you who haven't had it, don't get it and those who have it get over it soon.

    ~Michelle
