The woman who has made my son's costumes for the past six years may not be able to create one this year. He wants to be Pikachu, everyone's favorite Pokemon. I've only come across one costume so far, but it's some chintzy plastic mask that, frankly, looks like cr@p. I've scoured several sites and Googled like crazy, but I'm coming up empty. Any suggestions?
p.s. Catie is going to be Tigger and, man, does she look cute!

    Trusty:

I found the foam-headed one, too ... it may end up being the best bet of the bunch. I really hope Susie comes through; she's done some awesome ones in the past and a custom Pikachu would look very cool!

I do my son up as "Death" every year, made a great scythe from ply and covered the blade in aluminium foil (it's bigger than him). White and black face paint and my old University gown with a black hoodie underneath and he'd scare me knocking at the door.

He often gets his picture taken and gets extra goodies for hjis great costume, just proves that less is more.

Not that it's any use to PiKachu though.

I used to buy all my costumes at BuyCostumes.com

As this is the only Holiday of the year I go ALL OUT - I am now taking the time to make my own costumes and they are better and the joy of making them can be hilarious.

Its time for the GAMES to begin!
