    Question Domain Registrations
I have been looking for a cheaper domain registering service than I am presently using. Anyone care to share what they use and it's cost?

How much do you pay then?

I use Namecheap, who are an eNom reseller. $8.88 per domain and I'm pretty happy with them.

I use godaddy, $7.95 a year, but I have heard there are cheaper ones out there, at least for the non-.com names.

I use GoDaddy. They currently have a $6.95 .com special through tomorrow if you order through one of their affiliates.

I prefer GoDaddy - there might be cheaper options out there, but you sometimes get what you pay for.

Ditto the GoDaddy.com recommendations. That's what I use. Best balance of price, features, and service for me.

GoDaddy all the way! I have over 100 domains registered there and have been VERY happy with service, support and their administrative screens. It was not until recently that I found out their affiliates can offer a lower price, so I do a little searching on the web before I pay the regular price. Seems someone out there always has a special offer for GoDaddy.

I use domainsite. $6.99 (I do my own dns) and fast and responsive. Just my $0.02.

There's a reason army's wear uniforms even though it makes them easier to spot. Sometimes that's what you want. Uniforms suggest organization, power, and numbers. These, in turn, inspire fear. And, as any good operative knows, there is no more effective weapon than fear.
