Today I received an e-mail from CJ that one of my merchants is de-activated. This keeps happening. Why can't they give you a heads-up? I received many invalid clicks....and I'm sure it bothered my visitors. Not very customer or publisher friendly.

At least you get an email telling you to check your de-activated merchant list.
There are still some networks that don't tell you, some that the links continue working long after the merchant has left. I have one that still gives me the datafeeds for merchants that left months ago!!!
There is also some that still allow you to make links for dead merchants and unless you check the links when you put them up - you have no way of knowing that they are offline merchants.
