Using a keyword without any category works fine.

Once you "limit by product category", the sniplet does not display on web pages.

I take that back. Some thing work when broken down by category.

Can't get anything to display for turquoise bracelets or peridot bracelets.

It all displays just fine on the sniplet generator page. Once it's pasted into a web page it just goes poof.

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Store Creator. Try "Moonstone" as the keyword and select "ring" or "pendant" as category, and you should return many items. Perhaps you entered a keyword that doesn't return any items in a particular category.

Please email me at service@jegem.com if you need any assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I just tested it and it works fine. Just Select "Bracelet" as the category and "Turquoise" as the keyword, and it display so many items. The same goes for Peridot and Bracelet.

The html generated by the sniplet is exactly the same as the Preview. It should look the same. Can you show me your page, and I will check for you.

    Thanks.

    Andrew

I'll try again and see what happens.

Most things did work, but the two I mentioned wouldn't once they were pasted into a web page, even though they did display a OK on the sniplet generator page.
