    Question Please help with HTML links! I'll Paypal you $20 now!
    Hi there!

    On the site I'm working on... ForMarriedCouplesOnly.com

    the add to cart buttons aren't working for the products with more than one choice of color/flavor/etc.

    For example, the first three products on this page
    http://www.formarriedcouplesonly.com...c-Edibles.html

    Other pages are working and I can't figure out the problem.

    I'm getting frustrated and ready to pay for another pair of eyes to find the problem.

    The first person to help me fix it gets Paypaled $20 immediately!

    Thank you so much!

    First thing I noticed you didn't close the form anywere.

    You need to close the forum for each with /form at the end. You have 4 forms but none are closed.

    PHP Code:
    after

    <input type="image" border="0" name="imageField2" src="images/AddtoCart.jpg" width="75" height="10">

    add
    </form
    Not sure if that will fix your problem though.

    Well, I was going to jump on this band wagon and offer $20 if someone would fix that little javascript that has been bugging me so I tried to check my paypal account. But, guess what. Paypal is down. Now, that is worrisome.

    OK, they're back up.

    Anyone want to fix this little code so it opens in a window instead of a pop-up? Will send $20 via paypal,

    Please, don't scoff. Code is not my thing.

    <head>

    <script LANGUAGE="JavaScript">

    function random(array_length)
    {
    var random_num = Math.floor(Math.random() * array_length);
    return random_num;
    }

    var a0=['stuff 1 ', 'stuff 2 ', 'stuf f3 '];
    var a1=['more stuff 4 ', 'more stuff 5 ', 'more stuff6 '];
    var a2=['stuffer '];

    var num_arrays = 3;
    var sentence = "";
    var array;
    var randm_num;
    for(var i = 0; i < num_arrays; i++)
    {
    array = window["a" + i];
    randm_num = random(array.length);
    sentence = sentence + array[randm_num] + " ";
    }

    alert(sentence);</script>

    <title>Just trying to get it to work</title>
    </head>

    <body>

    <form name="myform">
    <div align="center"><center><h2><font color="#000000" face="Arial">Just trying to get it
    to work!</font></h2>
    </center></div><div align="center"><center><p><input name="insight" size="30"></p>
    </center></div><div align="center"><center><p><input type="button"
    value="Just trying to get it to work!"
    onClick="myform.insight.value=function random(array_length)"> </p>
    </center></div>
    </form>

    </body>

    BTW, I think this is a great way to get some help. Well, if I get the answer, that is. Not that I think we should always either pay or charge for help around here. But, if it is important to have done, it is a good motivator for others to take an interest.

    Also, once it is working, this will be a nice little piece of code ABW members can see and use.

    SSanf,

    I liked your pre-edit post better, I agree and think it's a great idea, let me finish with the migration and tweaking and I'll make it happen.

    $20 to wherever you want it to go!!

    Thanks so much. I don't know coding and this is driving me crazy.

    It would be just wonderful if this leads to ABW charities.

    Imagine members donating a small amount of their skill and time to raise money to help others both the person who needs the help and the chatity.

    What a great idea. Helps us. Helps others.

    Gotta love it.

    Whenever I get stuck on a coding issue one of the first places I go (after a google search of course) is http://www.experts-exchange.com. Great site for help with any kind of programming.

    If you are refering to the alert box, you can replace:

    alert(sentence);

    with

    winref = window.open("","newwin");
    winref.document.write(sentence);

    However, many pop-up blockers (mozilla/firefox) will keep this from opening when it is run outside of a function. The safest thing to do is put any code that opens a new window into a function that gets called by a user action. In this case you may want to call this function in the onClick event of the button. As such....

    <head>

    <script LANGUAGE="JavaScript">

    function random(array_length)
    {
    var random_num = Math.floor(Math.random() * array_length);
    return random_num;
    }

    var a0=['stuff 1 ', 'stuff 2 ', 'stuf f3 '];
    var a1=['more stuff 4 ', 'more stuff 5 ', 'more stuff6 '];
    var a2=['stuffer '];

    var num_arrays = 3;
    var sentence = "";
    var array;
    var randm_num;

    function getInsight(){
    for(var i = 0; i < num_arrays; i++)
    {
    array = window["a" + i];
    randm_num = random(array.length);
    sentence = sentence + array[randm_num] + " ";
    }

    //alert(sentence);
    winref = window.open("","newwin");
    winref.document.write(sentence);
    document.myform.insight.value=sentence;
    }
    </script>

    <title>Just trying to get it to work</title>
    </head>

    <body>

    <form name="myform">
    <div align="center"><center><h2><font color="#000000" face="Arial">Just trying to get it
    to work!</font></h2>
    </center></div><div align="center"><center><p><input name="insight" size="30"></p>
    </center></div><div align="center"><center><p><input type="button"
    value="Just trying to get it to work!"
    onClick="getInsight()"> </p>
    </center></div>
    </form>

    </body>

    Let me know if this is not what you had in mind and I'll see if I can come up with a solution that works for you.
