If CJ already collected from them, everything is OK. If CJ let them run up a tab, good luck. Although I thought I saw a thread a long time ago that CJ initiates collection procedures.

I'd like to see a definitive answer on that one.

I would like to believe that cj initiates collection proceedings. Maybe that can be confirmed here? Todd? Anyone?

I had one that was deactivated last week that owes me ALOT of money. The affiliate manager will not answer his e-mails and what gets me is that he is at another network now and has been promoting his new program at this new network since the beginning of Dec.

I contact the BBB each time. I usually get 50% - which is better than nothing

I think it's such a pain that an Active advertiser can be temporarily deactivated when they fall befind on payments. Most times, they are reinstated, but that means that their links are dead for a limited period of time. I wish CJ had a better way of handling this.
