You get what you pay for LH!

VB is kick @55, I support and recommend the software 100% to anyone with a semi-tech background and a semi decent host - we have three dedicated boxes over at rackspace, a load balancer and a firewall (to keep the rif raf out).

infoPOOP sucked for reasons stated above.

Since VB the number of visitors seems to have doubled.

Serious people will now begin tracking this forum again.

    New ABW is GREAT!

    On vB it's even better.

I was using vB back in 2000 on one of my sites when it first started and have seen many changes and features get even better.

I agree with Adam > Everyone will now want to visit

That's why we should all vote ABW - The Best Service To Industry 2004 for an excellent move.

I totally agree. Remeber, just before ABW moved to VB, there were few posts started on old ABW that "Why the no. of active memebers and no. of posts have decreased at ABW?"

I guess we got the answer now, it was nothing entirely to do with few members not posting or they have stopped posting at ABW. The reason as far I can see was the infopop. Where it was slow and even when few people manage to post the "New Post" wouldnt show up for other members to see and reply to that.

Now at new ABW, I can see more active memebers & frequent new posts. I am sure activity here at new ABW has certainly been increased. Only Haiko can confirm that with the stats.

I'll like to see the same trend with my sites. Great job, Haiko. (You're not clicking everyday on your links, are you?) Just kidding.

Well actually he does... every page view by him (if he has the tool bar installed) counts. Adminstering this board creates hundreds of page views a day just by Haiko. One of the problems with Alexa. So in essence he is clicking on his links.

Haiko, are you a link clicker?

That's the Poop for the morning.

Now go have a great day.

The graph, though alexa generated, is truly indicative of the growth and traffic.

    vBulletin is great.
How about mod_rewrite so that the links look static for the spiders?

The days of requiring static links for spiders are long gone eC. Any spider that can't handle them needs a wake up call and a code re-write.
