    Will be creating a big site merchant is given feed but dont know how to do it.. dont want to do it by hand have to learn..

    Was told www.buyitbomb.com is a good program that will let you take your feed and bung the info onto pages, plus heard webmerge is good too? any other programs worth considering and

    really and honestly JUST WHERE DO I START!!!

    help.. desperate datafeed newbie..

    I know how to make sites no problem... know my way around html code most of the time..

    By the way is google given datafeeds sites a hard time now due to duplicate content?

    Webmerge is good of course, you may also want to consider PHP, MySQL and other things as well.

    In a nutshell yes. I have to agree with google on this one though. It is rather annoying to same the same product/page/merchant for the first ten results.

    I never use a datafeed straight out of the box. I try to think of unique ways to combine it with other feeds or ways to categoroze the products in a different way.

    I have even began to lately (gasp) hand write product descriptions.

    There are all kinds of alternatives, hit the search option on ABW referencing datafeeds.

    Most people forget to check search first!
