    EComWorks check bounces
    Please note due to a bookkeeping error the affiliate check you received dated January 31, 2005 may not clear your bank. We at Ecomworks, Inc. are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please have your bank re-deposit the check.

    They sent this at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. I didn't read it until Friday night. Sure enough, I log into my bank account and the check bounced on the 16th. Bank is closed until Tuesday. Wonderful!

    I wonder how many they bounced, and if their bank charges them $35 each like most other banks do?

    Well, the check I received dated 2/28/2005 bounced (NSF). I've made many attempts to contact EComWorks and/or LinkShare to no avail. If affiliates were the most valuable asset, I should have heard from someone by now. I just tried to contact Jordan Marie directly. Maybe they will be concerned.

    BTW, my bank charged me $6.00 for your bad check. Will you cover that?

    Wow! I had no problems. The check bounced, I redeposited it and it cleared. My bank charged me $7. I immediately wrote an email to EComWorks and received a check for the $7 within a week.

    Have you tried emailing: affiliates-AT-ecomworks-DOT-com?

    (Replaced normal email symbols with words so robots won't pick it up).

    I personally am going to stop working for Ecomworks immeadiately.

    This is inexcusable, irresponsible and just not cool.

    EComWorks check bounces
    Just a final followup:

    Once I sent an email direct to Jordan Marie, things got moving. EcomWorks and Jordan Marie were concerned, and they acted quickly. I question if anyone ever received any of my attempts to communicate using Linkshare's email sytem. No one, including Linkshare, ever responded to any of those emails.

    My check dated 3/31/05 just bounced, and I was charged a $7 fee. I'll contact eComWorks and see what's up.

    Angry EcomWorks bounced check
    Same problem here. First, they sent the commission from the first quarter 2006 in at the end of the thrrd quarter. and then the check bounced. My bank charged me $15.

    Worse, 2 mails sent to them in the last 15 days have generated no response. This has class action lawsuit written all over it. :-(

    I had contacted them a while back about 5 bounced checks. They said they would send replacements but never did. No reply to any of my emails since.

    As Chris mentioned in the other thread, maybe contacting the merchant will help. Somebody did a whois on the merchant and it was some inaccurate address. Maybe Ranae can help shed some light into this
