    Post Reporting delays
    As we have reported in the members’ area, we are experiencing delays in reporting transactions. The delay in reporting is between 2 and 6 hours.

    Additionally, batch transactions submitted by advertisers in the past 48 hours were captured but not consumed into reporting. This has been remedied and the batch txns should be completely caught up by 8 pm PT, Fri. Feb. 25.

    We are continuing to trouble shoot the issue regarding delayed reporting and intermittent member area availability. This issue is not affecting the tracking of transactions - only delaying the reporting of them.

    We will be working throughout the weekend to resolve things and will provide an update on Monday morning Pacific Time.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve things.

    Batch txns are current. We are still working on the reporting delay, which is still between 2 and 5 hours. We will update the members area with any changes.
