How do taxes work with affiliate marketing? I am confused about it all. Could anyone give me a run-down?

The same as any other income you receive. Your best bet is to see a tax accountant.

Schedule C - Besides federal tax you will also have to pay SS tax. Just figure they will want about 25% of your income.

keep a good record of your expenses. You should be able to knock down gross income and consequently the basis amount for the social security tax. But don't quote me; do the homework.

you can deduct home office expenses, but be careful there, too. publications are available from the IRS site.
