    Christmas 2004 - Pictures from Look4
I finally got around to throwing together some (ugly) pages with pics from our trip to Australia and Singapore this past Christmas / New Years.

    Christmas / New Years 2004

Sorry, but the links to larger version pics (4x6 and 8x10) are for family only (pw'd directory) This weekend I'll probably clean some of them up and put them in Cafe Press if anyone is interested.

I have them hosted on a newwebsite.com server - looks like it's offline right now. Hopefully it will be back up soon....
I've only been putting playground stuff on them so far. Maybe it's just as well that this happens now before I put anything critical there yet....

EDIT- yep - it's back up again - looks like it was down only about 10 minutes or so...

Awesome pictures and colors Look4. Looks like a great time. Were all the pictures taken with a Canon A80?

I used 2 different cameras. All the underwaters were with the A80 to fit into the underwater housing. Most of the landscape and close-up work was with a Digital Rebel / 300d (6MP version) with a sigma 18-125 lens, which is a GREAT match for this camera. Most everything else was with the little A80 which I take everywhere. It's not as diminuitive as some of the other cameras on the market, but it takes standard AA rechargables and uses the CF format memory cards same as my big camera.

I think the A80 has been replaced with the A85 and A95, which I'm sure are even better. I have also just moved up to the Canon 20d, but haven't done much work with it yet.
