I received a "reminder" from Performics that one of my merchants is "temporarily on hold". I suppose that means they haven't been paying their bill. However, this is the first I heard anything about it.
Anyway, I have searched all through my Performics account and can not find any indication that the merchant is not currently active. This makes me wonder if I may have other merchants that are also "on hold".
So... my question is, any idea other than a lack of sales as to how you can tell when a Performics merchant is "on hold"?Rick M.

This is the first time I have heard anything like this about a Performics merchant.
