    Angry Emailing BeFree
I apologize in advance if this has been asked recently, but I need a contact email for them. I sent a message to them through their blasted feedback form (about missing commissions), and they responded asking me for more info, but used no-response[at]cj.com. I therefore have no way to reply to their request! Of course the BF site just takes you in circles, only to give you the feedback form. So bloody annoying!

Anyway, if anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you!

If you are a member of CJ you can find a client services e-mail address (after you log in ) that will actually let you e-mail to a real person at CJ.

After you log in you will see at the top right of the screen a link that says contact us - click on it and then follow the instructions on the page that that links goes to.

I usually get an answer right away.

Of course - if you are not a membert at CJ then you are screwed because you will never hear from anyone at BeFree.

What a way to do business. I guess they look at affiliates as just throw aways if you are brazen enough to expect someone to actually want to get an answer to your e-mail at BeFree.

Kinda reminds you of Google doesn't it?

Thanks for your help! I finally copied the whole string of messages into the feedback form, pointing out it doesn't help to request info without providing a return address. I guess I'll see what happens!
