Another email paypal scammer this time from New York, surely someone can get him put in prison.

Seems like a legit company, the *ssole is more likely using their services.
Got the same email, getting 2 or 3 differents each week. I don't even read them anymore. I delete them right away. One day, I'm going to have problem with my PayPal account.
