    Is there software...
that will allow me to sync my laptop with my PC? I work with either computer at different times of the day and would love to consolidate at the end of the day.

I like Second Copy. It's simple, fast, flexible, and affordable. I'm sure there are many other solutions out there, but this is the one I found. I use it primarily for backups, but it's good for synchronizing stuff too (assuming you're networked).

    Thumbs up
My favorite has always been Laplink. It has very good sync features, plus a lot of other great features for remote control, etc.

Windows XP also has a feature called synchronize (offline folders) - I have not tried this on a peer-to-peer network, but works great on networks with file servers.
