I am looking for some targeted CPC campaigns outside of the shopping and search engines.
Preferable target is the health/nutrition space.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi DocT, and welcome.
Not sure, but watch out for trash traffic; don't fall for any of those Pop-Up and Pop-Under sellers like I did... I think the search engine traffic is the best.
This isn't quite what You're looking for but You might try buying some high PR links... I've thinking about doing that... Do a search buy high PR links, or something like that.
Take care and Love You,

If you buy high PR links, make sure you buy single links, not sitewide links.

If you buy a single link, it's from a single page on a site. If you buy a sitewide link, it appears on every page of a site. While it might seem appealing to have your link on hundreds or thousands of pages on a site, it also makes it incredibly obvious that you're buying links for PR. Google sees that and either discounts the PR, doesn't give any credit, or might even penalize you for it.

I'm not sure I would recommend it. Many sites that sell text links appear to have been identified by Google and no longer pass PR. It just isn't as effective as it used to be.
