    CJ interface down?
    Anybody able to raise CJ.com today?
    I keep getting 'Cannot find server' since last night.

    working fine here... you wouldn't happen to use comcast by chance? they could just be having more DNS problems as usual

    Hi KM,

    I'm able to get to cj.com OK and it looks like the last time CJ modified their DNS was on 4/11.

    If it's DNS from your side, you can try going to the IP directly:
    http://216.34.209.14 , there's still a redirect to the domain name.

    If that doesn't work, adding the following line to your hosts file should do it:
    216.34.209.14 www.cj.com

    I am certainly having some trouble with the interface. It is pretty slow this morning. And now, I dont have the ability to navigate throughout it.

    Yes the interface is definitely very slow. But luckily the clicks to the merchants are going through fine. Hopefully there are no issues in tracking. But it does shake the confidence in CJ's systems.

    Yeah I was unable to access it until about 2 minutes ago.
    Working fine now though.

    They are processing the publisher payments. It's the same problem every month around that time.

    Publisher interface is down. I can't get in. I called them and they said it is down.

    Tried that and it doesn't work either.
    It worked OK earlier via different ISP but still can't login via my broadband ISP.
    Don't know if that helps anyone figure what's going on.
    I don't see any evidence of a tracking problem at the momet so presumbaly it's just the reporting interface?

    No chance of a report from CJ themselves I suppose?

    Hmm, even when my server is busy it doesn't return a 'Server not found' error.

    It sounds like some of you may have problems either with your ISP or general routing issues on the Internet. We have not had any reported outages or delays for the members area or tracking.

    Funny. I called and was told that there were issues with the publisher interface. Not that it makes a world of difference, but who should I believe?

    Hmm... I was able to login earlier, but I'm having the same timing out problem as was occuring yesterday... must be my connection though according to Todd....

    I got in after several failed attempts this afternoon. Still, it took forever to log in. Not having this problem at any of the other sites I link to.

    Here too. I called and was again told they are having technical problems. Also saw a note of scheduled downtime on 4-22. Here we go AGAIN!!!

    Haha.... I'll announce some changes... "we won't know when the site will be back up, and besides, until we're done pilfering Voloda's sales we cannot return the site to it's normal, but unreliable, operating condition"
