Angry Fashion Bug - Catherines Non Commissionable Sales
I just checked my LS Non Commionable Sales report and had 13 reversals for Fashion Bug and 1 reversal for Catherines for "Return Days Exceeded" They're much worse than Wal-mart! Has this happened to anyone else?

If their reversal rate is always high - get rid of them. That means that they are stealing from you.

Dont feel so bad....I have well over 100 reversals

    SKU Doesnt match
    Return Days exceeded
    Bad Orders

I guess it is the cost of doing business....

Are the affiliates the only ones that lose here or Linkshare too...

But they convert, so I'll wait a while before I bring out the axe.

I just put Catherine's up, had a few impressions, 2 clicks and 1 sale. I need their merchandise for a new section on a site - and Fashion Bug, too. Are the problems with text links, banners or direct merchandise links?

Now hold it on this one so I've got it right:

    >>"Return Days Exceeded"

Are those actual sale reversals or just that the number of return days sucks? I had those return days things with Lillian Vernon, way more past the return than actually went through when it was only 10 days - and screamed loud and long about it.

it's return days. not sure how many. but not enough.

and I need them for my plus-size clothing site, although I have found more than enough merchants for it.

Plenty of merchants for that, tho there's different merchandise and some are way nicer than others. Mine's just a section for that on a site - 10 impressions, 4 clicks, 1 sale - when just put up, first thing out.

5% with 30 return days for Catherine's. 5% is low imho, but actually 30 return days isn't too bad. Lillian Vernon was 10 days and upped it to 14.

I just think that it's really fishy that I'm getting paid for so many sales because of "return days exceeded" And of course the am, won't return my email.

Maybe they can work something out with you....

Maybe You should put on your website something like.....

I DONT GET PAID UNLESS YOU BUY WITHIN 3 DAYS...
DONT YOU THINK THAT 72 HOURS IS ENOUGH TIME
    THANK YOU

It's 30 days which isn't fabulous but it isn't unreasonable. They could come back for different seasonal shopping at different times.

    Thumbs down
it sure beats amazon.com's 24 hours, not to mention several in LS that have less than 1/3 return day.

Fashion bug Returns or Reversals = 50%
Either it is fraud or it is very very bad quality. I consistently run a 50% or greater return on Fashion Bug... Catherines is close to that too!

They have the highest BY FAR return rate of any of my merchants. I smell something. It used to be Avenue.. ( I jettisoned them right quick).. but FB has a HIGHER BEAT RATE.

I am longing for the days when Charming was part of Performics.

If they don't come here and clear it up ....they're scraping legit sales to pay their AM payroll.

Charming Shoppes is Catherine's, Fashion Bug and Lane Bryant, too. So are they all managed separately?

All Charming Shoppes programs are managed by the same AM. He actually had the nerve to tell me personally that he didn't know what ebates or Upromise was!

I am not sure it is his fault.. but promoting Charming sure wastes my time and flies in the face of good faith.

I have been in fashion bug, the quality is not too great. This is just my opinion, but I am speculating the return rate is high because people are really returning stuff.
