    Yves Rocher
    Another one Bites the dust

Yves Rocher would like to thank you for your participation in our LinkShare affiliate program. However, effective May 1, 2005, the current program will be discontinued.

Naturally, we will honor all commissions earned on valid net orders through a LinkShare link up to and including May 1, 2005. And, per our agreement, we will pay any outstanding payments owed to affiliates. No sales commissions will accrue after this closing date.

This letter serves as your formal written notice that the program will be terminated. So, as defined in the Affiliate agreement, please be sure to remove all banners, buttons, text links, images, and store fronts that link to Yves Rocher by 11:59 pm EST May 1, 2005.

If you have any questions or concerns about the conclusion of this program, you may contact us by email at marketingusa[at]yrnet.com.

We hope to partner with you again soon, and once we have more details on future opportunities to earn money with Yves Rocher, you will be contacted.

Once again, thank you for promoting our brand and for being a valued affiliate. We appreciate your compliance with these program termination details.

    Sincerely,

    The Marketing Team

    Yves Rocher North America Inc
    Continued Success,

Why follow these loosers anywhere? They cancelled me for not converting on 1400 legit clicks to them from my clothing and accessories pages.

Might have done better if you had them on a page that had something to do with what they sold. I bet they go to CJ.

They must be really intolerable to cut you off after 1400 clicks only. You changed my mind about working with them.

I dropped 'em awhile ago. They were actually managed by a Linkshare employee - not someone from Yves. (Which is a sure sign of trouble!)

I worked with them since they were with BF, when I was still in the newbie stage of the affiliate learning curve. My beauty page was one of my top 5 producers and YR never produced diddly-squat. I gradually moved these non-producers to the bottom of the page, but occassionally displayed one of their promos on other targeted high traffic pages. Upon finding ABW and learning about parasites and non-affiliate friendly merchants they were one of the first to be dropped from my site. I give all my merchants a fair shot, but eventually have to say bye-bye to the duds. No surprise at all to see them head for another network.

I actually do good with them. Just ran a report from Jan 1 2004 thru today and converting at 3.53% with around a $24 EPC. From the sounds of it they probably will have someone from Performics running the program.

It's my understanding that Performics basically runs the programs for all of their merchants.

Never had a problem with Performics except when a merchant filed for Chapter 11, but that wasn't their fault.

Just to be sure, what you put in the page titles and the meta tags on your own pages is restricted?
