    Can't Export Reports to Excel
Since early this morning I've been trying to run my report for yesterday's sales and export it to Excel. This is a daily ritual for me because then I can use Excel to filter by Merchant. Then I summarize the daily sales for each merchant on a separate spreadsheet I use for keeping track of all affiliate income. But, every time I select "export to EXCEL" the page crashes and gives me this notice:

There was an error processing your request.

The incident has been logged and we are working to correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Click here return to the Commission Junction Account Manager.
Anybody else experiencing difficulties? I guess today being Sunday, it will be tomorrow at the earliest before it is fixed.

Still having this problem. Wonder how much longer it is going to take them to fix it.

I created a ticket to CJ's support and still no reply. I am used to downloading their XML file and loading it into a Database and then analyzing it. But now everything has stopped and I am not sure what is going on. They better fix this one soon.

It has been happening for 3 days now, and is starting to seriously affect our operations.

I know. It's difficult to update my sales spreadsheet without being able to export reports.

I sent a ticket to CJ about this yesterday, and got a pretty typical reply:

    Hi Amanda,

Our engineering team is currently working on this issue. We hope to have this issue resolved soon.

    Sincerely,
    Jo

So in other words, could be today, could be next month.

    Just trying to help?
For those of you trying to export to Excel - have you tried exporting to CSV instead? Or are you finding the entire export function down entirely?

None of the formats for downloads works. I have written a couple of emails to support and they are not even acknowledging it. Probably we should all write to the merchants directly and have them crib to CJ. It doesn't look like our words mean much to CJ.

This issue has been resolved. You should be able to download reports now.

It's working for me again, after 5 days. Now I can see the good/bad news all in one go.

If CJ had told me this was going to happen, I could've taken a 5 day vacation.

Well, yes, it does download. But now, when you look at the reports you get dates but the TIMES are missing. This is true for all three TIME columns: DATE, EVENT_DATE, and CLICK_DATE.

    Please put the times back.
