Actually, I think it's a daily, year round product. But it does have seasonal boosts.

Thank you, guys! Ain't it funny, how all three of you said the same thing in different words?! I'll surely let you know once/if the chocolate affiliate program is up...

I was being facetious, since they both said pretty much the same thing.

What about imported chocolate? Would you buy it on the web?

Try targeting one of these keywords:

    "gourmet chocolate" 183375 searches/month (overture)
    "chocolate gift" 57589 searches/month (overture)

Just type in chocolate in the overture keyword tool and you can find some other targeted alternatives.

    Hope that helps!

I've seen about 20% more sales in chocolate during winter than any other times, but it is a consistent seller throughout the year.

    Thumbs up
I have seen a chocolate give away site do quite well consistently for 2 years. Of course your best target market is women, we eat it all year long and don't need a holiday to be marketed to!

See's is pretty darn good, you didn't happen to get a free sample of their new candy bar while you were there?

    Hey Dasha,

Definitely seasonal for me, but then again I can come up with a season for every month:

January: After Christmas Sales, New Year's Day
    February: Valentine's Day
March: St Patrick's Day, Mother's Day (UK) and sometimes Easter
    April: Easter
    May: Mother's Day
    June: Father's Day
    July: 4th of July
    August: Back to School
    September: Back to School
    October: Halloween
    November: Thanksgiving
December: Christmas, Boxing Day (Canada, UK)

Let me know when you get your program up and running. I can always use another chocolate merchant.

Definitely. In fact I'm already selling organic chocolate from four different merchants on my site. The best I've had so far is the Dagoba Organic Chocolate bars that Organic Planet is selling.

Thanks, guys & gals! Promise to bring a VERY nice chocolate site to your attention within the next month! More than likely it'll be a merchant website. So everyone interested in chocolate is more than welcome to join...

    Yours,

    Dasha
