New Report for Merchants and Affiliates
New report is available allowing you to do Return Days Analysis on your sales/commissions...

For Affiliates, in the top right of your login area you'll see a link for "Return Days Analysis"

For Merchants - it is part of the "Graphical Reports" suite - also linked to from the top right hand corner of navigation.
    Thanks,

Thanks for the report Brian, but unfortunately it doesn't work in Firefox. I'm not going to open up IE just to view this so I think you need a text version. Keep up the good work!

Well, I see some graphs that move around in Firefox but I couldn't make heads nor tails what good the information is or what to do with it. So, I guess, I am not getting the whole picture.

I guess it just doesn't work in Mac OSX Firefox then. I just get empty boxes, just like when I pull up the EPC graphs for any of my merchants. Do I need to install some sort of plugin to make this work?

    Scott,

I've tested in FireFox/Win (and corrected a problem which was causing display errors - the graph was showing up all black for some) - this may help you display that graph better.

The system is java applet based, do you know if your brower displays those on a regular basis?
    Thanks,

    No luck

I'm using Camino which is a version of Firefox that is optimized for OSX. Most everything comes up properly, but there are some bugs. Anyway, the information seems like it'll translate well to a text format, why not offer both?

    Thank you!

    Snib,

We've got a text version at the bottom of the report now, for all of those who can't see the graphical report...
    Thanks,

It's telling me 25% of my sales are not done on the first click, so without return days 25% of my earning are lost.
Also, if you work with other networks where parasites are feeding on you, more likely these 25% are lost.

    admad1,

There is a description of the report in the ShareASale Blog - basically it is telling you the length of time that a customer takes to purchase after the clickthru of the banner. So, if a customer clicks through your link and buys on the same day...that is a "Same Day Purchase". If the customer doesn't buy that same day, but comes back 30 days later and purchases....that goes in the "15 days or more" bucket...
    Thanks,
