    Monitors Pricing Is Strange
The monitors sale price is more than the regular price on the new datafeed. A big ticket item like this is going to be price sensitive.. how can it be corrected?

    Example -
    17" ProLite E431S-B LCD Monitor

    SKU# IIY PLE431SB

    $345.00 retail

    $397.11 each (sale)

Also - why no monitor pictures? It makes the pages looks old and out of date.

    Thanks - leeann

    Thanks for the heads up.

Retail prices on office products are tricky. Supplied by the manufacturer, often they are not up to date and therefore not completely dependable in certain cases. So if a product cost/selling price changes in real time, the retail price sometimes is left behind and not updated- as noted in this case.

For that reason, we actually don't post retail prices on the BettyMills site for Office Products (that may change soon). We do post retail on Janitorial supplies.

As far as how to correct this situation, I don't have a good answer other than to offer to put a -0- in the retail column, or remove it completely.

Frankly, I think those 6 items really didn't mean to get into our catalog this quarter, but somehow they snuck their way in.

    Hope that helps.
