Anyone with info on Igenuity or Net Solutions?
I was wondering if anyone had any concrete info on the company Igenuity / Net Solutions?

    Their website is igenuity.com.

I have a client that is wanting my input on going ahead with working with them, but I no nothing about this company. I see they were only founded in Nov. 2004.

What they have promised him is for a small montly fee, they will get him an all the time, guaranteed top of the link placement for his website in the sponsored yahoo boxes at the top of the search listings for his keywords. Also, top listings in many other search engines such as MSN, infoSpace, etc.

I asked if they are using Overture and she said it is nothing like that. It is a flat rate fee, not ppc.

    Any info would be appreciate.

    TIA!

Nobody can guarantee you a top listing in a SE unless they own the search engine.

I doubt that they own them.

Just another scam to get your money for nothing.

Supposedly, from what I have found searching for info is that they are sub-contracted with yahoo to provide this service.

Does anyone know if there is a phone number at Yahoo I can call to talk to real person to find out about this?

If it is sponsored results at Yahoo then why go through them. Just contact Yahoo.

Think about this - If it is a sponsored Yahoo results like AdSense then the top bidder for keywords gets the most displays.

If you could just buy the top results then thousands of people would buy them and the search results would just be - sponsored results - and everyone cannot be in the top of the results every time.

If you want to call Yahoo go to this page. I got it by just going to their website.

I totally agree with what you are saying.

I would just like to talk to them so I can tell my client - Look, I contact Yahoo and it is a scam, etc. etc."

I called Yahoo. It is a scam.

    Stupid people...grumble, grumble grumble.

Now to go chew out the client for giving out my phone number to these people. *LOL*

Anything that is to good to be true is just that - too good to be true.

Don't ever believe anything that anyone tells you until you check it out for yourself and form your own opinion.

I'm 63 years old and I learned that a long time ago.

Nothing is for free. There is always a catch, or lie, or scam connected to it somewhere along the road.

Traffic scammer & spammer. Just another in the endless parade of phoney and dangerous SEO/SEM firms willing to perform blackhat and doorway page SERP spamming, junk traffic keyword buys, and they disappear when client sites get PRO'd.

Check out that company's home page. PR = 0, no cached copy, no backlinks, not a single page in G's index. It looks like they've been banned.
There's good, fast and cheap. Pick any two.
