    Thumbs up consolidated checks
consolidated checks are here huh? got mine today, for march 2005. neat.

now, if only i know how to log-in to my second account. i was able to send the merging instructions by email as required, but now, upon login i'm being told to create a second legal entity account, which i know i shouldn't do. (i am able to log-in fine to my first account, so i think my legal entity registration went through)

Not sure, but I was able to merge my accounts myself.
I created the Legal Entity with one account first.
Then when I logged in after I completed the Legal Entity and went to the "Update Profile" Page I saw this

    Consolidate Affiliate Channels
If you manage an existing LinkShare affiliate that has not yet been legally validated, you can consolidate it into your existing account. The "Consolidate Affiliate Channels" button will take you to the consolidation form.

    I clicked on the Button
It asked me for the username and password for the second account. I entered that and Volia I had merged my two accounts.

Not sure if this helps you...

You got your check??? Last we heard they were delayed until this coming week?

I did not get mine (and of course, now they can't verify me...two weeks after I registered). Did any one else get a check?

I checked my PO Box this afternoon and I haven't received mine yet. I'm not sure it'll be going to the PO Box, though, after the validation mess.

Did it come with some sort of documentation or a statement...or was it one lump sum?

    That would be pretty interesting

    Thumbs up
since it wasn't the regular green check, i thought at first (before i opened the envelope) that it was not a check but an official communication from Linkshare probably acknowledging the legal entity registration. But upon opening, it's a check alright.

it says, "linkshare is proud to introduce consolidated payments for affiliates. below please find a check representing commissions earned from your linkshare merchant partners for march 2005 transactions. to confirm which merchants' payments are included in this check, please login to your linkshare interface"

What was the date on the check?

Hope they get this verification mess fixed tomorrow, as they promised, so that I can get paid too!

Yes, please login and encounter yet another mystery - our accounts with Linkshare.

WTG, your next hurdle with take place when the check clears (or doesn't).

I wonder what they would have done if the Lands' End thing would have happened with a consolidated check?

Oh, that was too funny. Telling folks to check their stats before they actually implemented a way for us to do so.

By the way, congrats on being the first/only person to get your consilidated check. (who did you bribe at LS?)

yeah, it looks weird, but i'll take it.

the check is different, the bank is different, the mailing address is different, and i'm the only one who received it yet.

it's way past april fools, so it mustn't be that.

the check looks genuine to me.

So it doesn't give any breakdown on the check stub? That's surprising. Or not.

Errr...I'd hate to tell you this guys but mine arrived today - in Australia...

Like Waytogo said there was no breakdown, just one lump sum...and the suggestion 'to confirm which merchants' payments are included in this check, please login to your LinkShare interface'...

And by the way the international check is in USD...

Hope you guys get it soon,
    Oscar

It looks as if LS really mailed out some checks Last Thursday. Too bad LS changed our status from "verified" to "unverified" on the same day. I wonder if our checks were mailed too?

I would hope that they provide a breakdown on the stub on future checks.

It should not have to be up to us to have to try to navigate through their crappy ass system to try and figure out if we are paid correctly or not.

The least they could do is get this one thing right.

I hinted to Stephen they'd cut Linkshare some Athena PR slack if trusted ABWers all were paid in the first batch. I also made a bet that some Supers/Dupers and BHO's might have been cut huge checks to fuel their theftware trains. It would be nice to see a EcomCity check from LS in my mailbox as I have to be the most transparant affiliate in their stable. Not one violation to any and all rules since 1998.

I Still Cannot Change My Legal Entity Name!!!!

I Contacted Linkshare Before About This Problem And They Said That I Can Correct That On The 16th.

It Is The 16th And The Payee Name And Legal Entity Name Are Still Protected

What Is The Use Of Consolidated Checks If We Cannot Bank Them In???!!!???

I have already contacted them over and over again through the support link but still no answer from them.

the check was mailed from the west coast. it may take awhile but i'm sure all of you will get yours soon, if not today.

it may also be because my profile is simple. i don't have a DBA, and my status is always "individual". I do have a P.O. Box but i use it only for public information profiles, not for official purposes.
