OK, this is crazy. I can't get my correct email address to work in bfast. It looks just fine when I log into my account, but all of my merchants are still sending email to my old address. Everytime I write CJ/Bfast, I get that stupid help desk reply that doesn't help and when I try to reply with their system, they don't know what I'm talking about. Has anyone else run into this problem? I don't know what to do. They say they have no record of my email address, but I log into my account, and it's there loud and clear......
