Yahoo (Overture) keyword policy

Has anyone else seen Yahoo's new "Brand Names" policy for keywords? It looks like an attack on affiliate marketers, and is, at least to me, very confusing. I had generic keyword terms rejected with the reason "Brand Names", just happened last night so of course I can't talk to anyone until Tuesday but it does not look good.

Try pushing the Branded products via your PPCSE landing page pre-sell spin. Google or Yahoo and the Brand cop sure won't hassle you for value-add sales oriented content. If your just hawking the Brand with cookie setting redirects to the merchant then hope your fail miserably as a piss ant traffic interloper. Your then just another unjustifiable expense to the merchant ...like all BHO's attacking at the point of sale.Webmaster's... Mike and Charlie
