Is there any way to tell if an SAS vendor has a datafeed before you sign up? Am I missing something obvious?

Couple of things....
1. On the merchant detail page....(www.shareasale.com/a-viewmerchant....)
You will see an icon that has 1s and 0s in a box....that is the icon that means they have a datafeed.
2. Go to "Datafeeds Available" page....Thanks,

That is not a problem, the only problem is that you may join a merchant like I have done before, just because they have a data feed available and then find out that their datafeed sucks for one reason or another, so you wind up with a joined merchant on your list that you may not be able to use for a long time.
So check out that merchant web site entirely if you're not sure about how their products feed may look like.
That is what I am doing lately, there is no sense to get excited about joining a new merchant just because they have a datafeed, if their datafeed sucks or it's just to complicated to update the second time around after you take your time to make it work the first time after you joined that merchant.

Thanks Brian! The 1 0 icon escaped my notice.
And Sal, yes, you're so right, thanks for the warning. Even making up a couple of simple product pages can become a nightmare with sloppy database input.
