    Website and Content Generators
I am not much of a coder, and dont have tons of free time as i am a full time student, and also have a part time job. Are any of these good? I am looking to not spend too much, my starting balance is about 150-200 dollars. Any thoughts on Traffic Hurricane VS. Directory Generator VS. Traffic Hurricane VS. Your Recommendation...

You may find WebMerge worth looking at. A free demo is available:

I havent had a chance to test it yet, but what type of info do i need to provide to webmerge before it creates a website? And is this website turnkey, or does it require further modification?

anks, are you looking for free content or are you looking for a website generator or both?

Content: You can start by writing some intros to current articles and linking to them or incorporating RSS feeds into your pages until you can replace them with your own data.

Website generators, there are a ton, including FrontPage, Dreamweaver or very easy-to-use ones as well.

    RSS-Feed
    Danay,

do you know where I can find some information on RSS feeds. I've tried to play with them but they seem to route you to the external article. Is there a way to keep them on your page if they click on the article?

Sure, you just need a script (PHP, Perl, ASP, ...) that will process the RSS and display text. But be careful, many RSS providers REQUIRE a link to the original article/website (and they are right to in my opinion). Make sure you don't end up violating anybody's copyright.

Hi folks, sorry I didn't answer in time, I was moving this weekend (I hate moving).

Anyway, I thought some of the folks that are just learning abotu RSS could benefit from this link: http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/aboutrss

It's a tutorial on RSS from feedburner.

    Good luck!
