    loging in annoyance
Does this annoy anyone else or is it just me?

When I login to shareasale, I type my username in rightaway, then tab down to my password and by the time I get 2 character's into my password, the page finishes loading, and the onLoad javascript kicks in and moves my cursor back to the username, making me enter my password into the username field!

if anyone were on my machine, clicked the username and hit the down arrow, they would see a long list of username+password combinations, and could easily determine the password in less than 3 tries.

I'd perfer if this auto focus was taken out completely.

I run into that many different places.

FYI, to delete the erroneous ones, scroll down the list to the one you want to remove and hit Delete.

Sounds like a common problem... Exactly the same thing happens to me every time I try to log into my credit card processing terminal...

yes, I agree that the timeout is too short. I am also always having to re-login... it seems to be at about 15min, I wouldl ike to see this closer to 30min or even 45min.

That used to happen to me too.

The way I solved that inconvenience is this, very simple but effective. I just use "Copy & Paste" and it only takes a fraction of a second to log in, I don't even wait for the page to finish the onLoad javascript.

thanks for the suggestion, but I cannot see that as being of any use to me, as I type much faster than it would take to copy and paste... I have a rather small uername and password.

that doesnt solve my problem. Auto-login is not an option for me, as I do not want someone to be able to just login if they're on my computer. I never use auto-login, much too insecure for my tastes.

    thanks for the input, however.

where do you reset your timeout?
