I see that as a conflict of interest.

    Conflict?
I had asked that same question http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?t=59435 in the CJ forum, but I didn't get any response so I just assumed that I didn't understand what had taken place.

If I were one of their other inkjet merchants, I would be taking my business elsewhere and checking with my affiliates to see if they had been contacted.

Thanks Haiko, The one and only day I forgot to check "My Yahoo" so glad you posted this. Looks like their stock is already seeing activity from this news. I wish I had not sold at $4.00.

Never had much hope for 123inkjets cleaning up. As the public gets more informed about parasites, merchants would be wise to distance themselves from them.
