    New Betty Script?
I am tossing around the idea of creating a new Betty Mills script and I would like to get some feedback from affiliates.

My script would be web based, so you would not need to install it on your own server, in fact you wouldn't even need a web host. It would include a link tracker so you could gauge your click stats.

It would of course be free to the affiliates, using the BM two-tier affiliate system.

Does anyone have anything they would like to see included?

I think you are wasting your time.... their are at least 3 scripts available the best known is the one from Dave Cusismo...

You would be better off building a script for restockit... similar program and no script.. yet!

Before judging any script, it is worth searching Google (which now deprecates thin affiliate sites) to see which sites show up and what script they are using. Then do a site: check to see how many pages are indexed for a given script.

I would encourage script writers to write something better than the last one. BM has a very clean feed and the products sell very well. A BM script writer should search for the top ranking sites and see what they have done. Here are some suggestions for a better script:

    • Able to use a selection of templates.
    • Able to use variables to customise header elements for SEO and uniqueness.
    • Able to merge two or more feeds to offer a comparison engine.
    • Site search.
    • Easy for newbies to insert AdSense and similar adornments.
    • Clean, spiderable URLs.
    • Hierarchical menus.
    • Bookmark this page buttons.
    • Able to pull random content to simulate freshness.
    • I could go on but I won't
