Insertion of fields containing html codes
    Hi,

I encounter a difficulty with WebMerge. What I want to inject in the template is rewrite by WebMerge. Some characters are translated. For example: < is injected as <

If I want to inject a field containing
     ZeroAds

I got in the generated page
    <a href="http://zeroads.com/flash/default.asp" target="_blank"> ZeroAds</a>

    Is there a workaround?

    Thanks

    .

for wm-field, use the raw and nolink attributes where necessary.
or use wm-include if you do not need to use a field in a database.

    hope this works,

    Hi Heisje

What do you mean by "row"?
I try to clear up me in English but I have gaps.

Well, here is what I have in .xls
    html string is good looking

I export this in a file in .csv. I got this (looking at it with NotePad)
    html string is good looking

    WebMerge source tab is, then

WebMerge detail page tab is as

What I get is a displayable text with html tags converted as text! One of my fields is html content but WM inject it with translation. How to inhibit this translation?
html string is looking as visual text

    The source code is
    Code:

    Instead of

    Code:

Commande lancée au démarrage de Windows - N'est pas un processus du gestionnaire de tâches.
ZeroAds - tue les publicités, les cookies et les popups. Dit à ZeroAds de ne pas se lancer au démarrage - nécessaire de le lancer manuellement

    An idea ?

    Thanks

Use the "raw" attribute -- from the WebMerge Help page on the WM-Field tag:
    ----------------
    Using the raw attribute
By default, WebMerge converts field data to HTML. The conversion changes all non-ASCII characters to their corresponding character entity according to the ISO 8859-1 standard. For example, the character "<" becomes "<". This attribute is useful if your database contains some fields whose data is already in HTML format, to prevent WebMerge from altering it for Web display. If your field already contains HTML, you can tell WebMerge not to perform this conversion by using the raw attribute.
